About XcelWiz

Excel's most useful features are also its most overlooked.

That's the whole premise behind XcelWiz — practical, no-fluff Excel skills for people who use spreadsheets every day but were never actually taught how they work.

Hi, I'm Nitesh.

I started XcelWiz because of a pattern I kept running into: people who use Excel constantly — analysts, job seekers, everyday office workers — but who picked it up piecemeal, with nobody ever sitting them down and explaining how it actually works. They know the clicks. They don't always know the why.

So the videos I make aren't "10 Excel tips you need to know" filler. They're built around real friction points — the VLOOKUP that trips people up in interviews, the rounding error that makes a report look wrong when the math is actually right, the feature that's been sitting in the ribbon the whole time.

XcelWiz started on YouTube and is growing from there — this site, and what comes next in coaching and courses, all follow the same rule: if it doesn't make you noticeably better at Excel, it doesn't make the cut.
